4. Data Sharing

There is no publicly accessible CV pool on the Platform.

Your personal data is shared only if you apply for a specific job posting and give explicit consent with the employer to whom the application is made.

Employers cannot access your data unless an application is submitted.

In case the application is withdrawn, data sharing may be stopped.

Apart from this, data may be shared only with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Software and security service providers
  • Official authorities in case of legal obligation

on a limited basis.

5. Legal Grounds

  • Establishment and performance of a contract
  • Legitimate interest (security, system management)
  • Legal obligations
  • Explicit consent (where required)

Special categories of data are processed only with explicit consent.

6. International Data Transfer

Due to the Company being based in the Marshall Islands, your personal data may be transferred abroad.
